How to start a return
To start a return, please contact our team at hello@toybox.shop and include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Once we review your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused
- be in the same condition in which it was received
- include all original parts
- be returned in the original packaging
Items that require assembly should be returned unassembled.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number along with photos or a short video showing the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- replacement parts
- a full replacement item
- or another suitable solution arranged by our team

We are unable to accept returns for products purchased from other vendors. Please contact the store where you purchased your ToyBox item(s) and follow their return policy. This applies to items purchased through any of our partners or third-party retailers.
