Refund policy

 

Returns of ordered and delivered orders are handled on case by case basis following simple procedures. We offer a 14-day return policy which begins from the date you receive your order (excluding personalized products). Any unwanted goods should reach us undamaged, within this period. This will not affect your statutory rights. Once the returned item(s) has/have been received by us – we will refund the value of the goods. The refund will be processed within 14 days. The cost of return-shipping will not be refunded. The delivery cost of your initial order will likewise not be refunded. Please note that the cost of return-shipping may be higher than that of the initial outbound shipment.
